A. Adopt City Council Resolution Approving Fifth Amendment to Professional Services Agreement with GHD, Inc. for the Main Street Re – Alignment Project and Budge t Amendment 2014 – 10 (Amount not to Exceed $38,000; Account No. 240 – 4837 – 0319 )
B. Adopt City Council Resolution Approving Budget Amendment 2014 – 02 Authorizing Funds for Purchase of New Orthoimagery (Aerial Photograph) and New Plotter Scanner (Amount: $43,0 00; Funds 110, 250, 610 and 710)
C. Adopt City Council Resolution Rescinding Resolution No. 3631 – 2013 and Replacing it with Identical Terms and Conditions of Employment for Exempt Mid – Management Classifications with a Revised Compensation Plan that Adds th e Temporary, Part – time, Noyo Center Coordinator Position and Increases the Monthly Salary Range for the Police Lieutenant Position
D. Adopt City Council Resolution Rescinding Resolution No. 3629 – 2013 and Replacing it with Identical Terms and Conditions of Employment for Exempt At – Will Executive Classifications with a Revised Compensation Plan that Reclassifies the Assistant to the City Manager Position to Assistant City Manager and Establishes a Salary Range for the New Position
E. Adopt City Council Resolution Declaring Surplus Property (Vehicles)
F. Adopt City Council Resolution Approving the Reclassification of the Housing and Economic Development Coordinator Position
G. Approval of City Council Letters
