A group of concerned neighbors, Skunk Train Manager, Robert Pinole and Waste Management Representatives met in the Fort Bragg Library on Saturday, Feb 1st to discuss actions in response to the proposed siting of a new solid waste transfer station on Hwy 20.

The Mendocino Solid Waste Management Authority will present a scoping meeting to suggest subjects that should be studied in preparing an EIR for the proposed Hwy 20 Transfer Station. The proposed transfer station would be located at 30075 Highway 20.

The meeting will be held on Wednesday, Feb.19, at 2 p.m., at Town Hall, 363 N. Main St., Fort Bragg.
