MCHCD Board of Directors meeting broadcast live by Mendocino TV
Mendocino TV will broadcast live the Mendocino Coast Health Care District (MCHCD) Board of Directors meeting on Thursday March 26 at 6:00pm.
They will report on a number of critical issues impacting the health of the Mendocino Coast District Hospital (MCDH). Vital issues on the agenda include:
- CEO Report by “Chad” Chadwick ,new Interim CEO
- Report on hiring new CEO
- Update on the Chapter 9 Bankruptcy Proceedings
- Personnel Updates
- New Business includes:
- JPA Discussion
- Mental Health Wellness Grant for Mendocino County
Given that the majority of the MCHCD Board of Directors was just elected in November and the two most critical staff positions of CEO and CFO have been very temporary with the departure of Wayne Allen in December, it is imperative that the community be informed and involved to assure that our hospital is operating effectively.
