There was only a single item on the ballot in the city of Ft. Bragg and that was for the election for members of the Mendocino Coast Recreation and Park District board.  Elected were two incumbants Cesar A. Yanez and William J. Hayes Jr.   The highest vote getter and the board’s newest member will be retired businessman Bob Bushansky.

Before a filled room, The Bea Erickson Senior Center’s Board of Directors met for the first time today and introduced themselves to the public. Joining the existing Directors of Lonne Mitchell, Robert Bushansky, and Syd Balows were John Wilson, Richard Miller, Claudia Beaudrau, Rick Banker and Mark Slovkis.
