Mendocino Media Makers welcomes Julian Waterfall Pollack to the Mendocino TV studio on Friday March 8 at 8:00PM in the historic Union Lumber Company Store and live on the internet at www.mendocinotv.com.
Born to internationally acclaimed musicians, Julian attended his first Mendocino Music Festival as an infant and now, at the age of 24, is their Jazz Director. Highly acclaimed and now performing in prestigious venues worldwide, he is a composer as well as a pianist. Pollack’s trio is on the Coast to provide inspiration to Mendocino students and raise funds for Mendocino Unified School Enrichment (MUSE) and Mendocino Music Festival, thus assuring coastal residents will have access to quality musical experiences.
“I enjoyed the opportunity to collaborate with Julian in the past, so I am thrilled he agreed to join us while he is in town”, said Terrence Vaughn, CEO of Mendocino TV. “We are very fortunate to have such an award winning rising star in our midst. Featuring such dazzling talent, while promoting the local community, was my motivation for developing this show”, he added.
