Fort Bragg Abalone And Urchin Diving 10-5-12

A great day abalone diving up in Fort Bragg the day before the MAPA abalone cookoff competition. Got some nice fat abs, with one 8.5″ hog seriously outweighing the 9.25″ ab I popped. Friday had some of the best diving conditions you could ask for. Sunny, no wind, hardly any swell and 20+ feet of vis made for some great video. Had a great time with some great people and had a blast at the competition. I’ll be back next year for sure. Check out the MAPA website.
