Evacuations: An Evacuation Order has been issued for the area around the eastern boundary of the Lodge Fire in the following areas:Camp Seabow, Elder Place, Tan Oak Park, Bald Mountain Ranch, Mad Creek, Elk Creek east of Brush Mountain An evacuation shelter has been set up by the American Red Cross at the Leggett School, 1 School Way.

Conditions: The fire continues to burn in heavy timber. Firefighters are challenged by steep, rugged terrain with difficult access. Unsettled weather is moving into the area and may increase fire activity. The southern and eastern boundaries of the fire continue to be threatened by extreme fire behavior. Additional resources continue to arrive to assist in slowing the fire’s growth.
